What is a logon name?
A logon name is the name you will type each time you log on to www.hfc.com. Be sure to create a logon and password you can easily remember. Your logon name (or user name) must be between 4 and 20 alphanumeric characters. It can contain "@" sign and "." (period). Keep your selected logon and password in a safe place and do not share them with anyone.
I forgot my logon name. What should I do?
Unfortunately, you must re-register. For security purposes, our support staff does not have access to customer logon names.
Can you save my logon name so I don't have to remember it?

I forgot my password. What should I do?
On the logon page, click Forgot Password to answer your password-hint question. Then change your password, and you will be logged in.
