What is a user name?
A user name is the name you will type each time you log on to our Web site. Be sure to create a user name and password you can easily remember. Your user name (or logon) must be between 4 and 20 alphanumeric characters. It can contain an "@" sign and "." (period). Keep your selected user name and password in a safe place and do not share them with anyone.
I forgot my user name. What should I do?
Unfortunately, you must re-register. For security purposes, our support staff does not have access to customer user names.
Can you save my user name so I don't have to remember it?
We apologize. We are not able to save your user name for you.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
On the logon page, click Forgot Password to answer your password-hint question. Then change your password and you will be logged in.
