If I make an online payment on the date my payment is due, will it be on time?
Online payments may take 48 hours to be processed in your checking or savings account. Please note: If your payment is made before 1:00 p.m. CST, it will be posted to your account that day.
Can I make more than one online payment per day?
Unfortunately, we can only process one online payment per account per day.
What if I can't make my monthly payment?
Please call the number on your statement as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to work with you. To maintain good credit, it's important to keep current with your payments.
I want to pay off the balance of my loan. What should I do?
To pay off a home loan, such as a mortgage or home equity loan, use our Payoff Request Form. To pay off other types of loans, please call 888-245-9254.
Is the balance due the same as my payoff amount?
No. If you need your payoff amount, please call your branch.
My most recent payment does not appear on my account summary. What should I do?
Please call your branch office. Use our branch locator or call 1-800-340-7866 for the phone number.
What is E-Z Pay Plus?
E-Z Pay Plus is a service we offer through a vendor that automatically makes payments for you. Depending on the type of loan you have you can set this service up to debit your checking or savings account weekly, every other week, twice a month, or once a month. How many loans can I enroll in E-Z Pay Plus?
You can enroll all eligible open loan accounts in E-Z Pay Plus. For eligibility requirements of this service, please contact your branch office or our E-Z Pay Plus hot line at 1-800-660-1809.

Can I change the due dates of my payments?
If you have an closed end loan, you can request a change to your due date by calling 888-245-9254. If you have a revolving line of credit, the due date cannot be changed. Additional eligibility requirements may apply, please contact customer service at 1-888-245-9254.
